REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation of participation will be subject to availability. Please allow up to 3 working days to
receive the confirmation.
A payment link will be sent together with the confirmation. Kindly make payment within the stipulated
period in order to secure your slot to the event.
No refund will be entertained for any cancellation. A replacement is allowed up to 8 days prior to the
event and subject to new entry fee.
Members who made ferry bookings with Ria Bintan are required to check-in their golf bags and collect
their boarding passes at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Ria Bintan’s counter (#01-18A) an hour prior to
their ferry departure time.
Members who made ferry booking with their Seasonal pass are required to send their ferry
confirmation number to Membership department for boarding pass preparation to check in their golf
bags and collect their boarding passes at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Ria Bintan’s counter (#01-
18A) and hour prior to their ferry departure time.
Last check-in time at Ria Bintan’s counter is strictly 40 minutes before ferry departure time. Golfers
who check-in after the cut-off time will be classified as No-Show.
Members are to ensure their passports are valid 6 months from the date of travel and should obtain
the necessary visas (if required) prior to their departure to Bintan. No refunds will be given for any
last-minute cancellation due to invalid passport or visas.
Please ensure that your golf bags are secured and well protected with cover. Ria Bintan Golf Club do
not assume any liability for normal wear and tear to golf bags, which includes damage and/or loss of
golf clubs and protruding parts of the baggage (e.g. strap, pockets, zippers, wheels or items attached
to the baggage).
Ria Bintan Golf Club reserves the right to edit the itinerary and tournament rules for Day 1 and Day 2
of RB21 Golf Carnival 2019.
Pairing list for Day 1 and Day 2 of RB21 Golf Carnival is subjected to Ria Bintan Golf Club’s
discretion
Ria Bintan Golf Club reserves the right to publish golfers’ photos on its social media platforms and
any promotion and publicity materials post-event and in the future.
By registering for RB21 Golf Carnival 2019, I agree to the terms and conditions herein and consent to
my personal data being collected, used and disclosed by Ria Bintan Golf Club and its related
corporation and agents for reservations of golf, accommodation and ferry services.
