Texas Insurance Code (Section 2210.061) requires TWIA to post on our website any compensation, monetary
or otherwise, and any bonus, paid or given by the Association to a vendor or independent contractor with
whom the Association has a contract or an Association employee that when aggregated, exceeds $100,000
in a calendar year. The Association did not pay any bonuses during 2022.
