Lincoln Park Neighborhood Watch Program
The neighborhood Watch Program assists the Police
Department by providing “eyes and ears” support.
Members report suspicious acvity directly to the
police Department but do NOT engage with individu-
als. Members receive regular updates on criminal ac-
vity along with personal crime and prevenon ps.
Meengs are held on the 2nd Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
in the Lincoln Park Community Policing Building.

Lincoln Park Cizen’s Patrol Watch
The Cizen’s Patrol watch was formed to be an assist
to the Police Department. Police Ocers can’t be eve-
rywhere and the CPW lls the void by being eyes &
ears for the department. They are volunteers from
the city that go on regular patrols and report suspi-
cious circumstances. Their patrols on Angels’ Night
and Halloween have reduced vandalism in the city,
and they are also a great help at mes of crises in the
city through extra patrols during power outages and
special events. Meengs are held on the second
Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the L.P.

The L.P. Community Emergency Response Team
(CERT) provides emergency and non-emergency assis-
tance to L.P. Police & Fire Departments as well as
assistance with various community events. All mem-
bers receive FREE training including CPR/AED/First Aid
with the opportunity for endless more training. For

Funds Available for Home Improvement
Funds are available for home improvement loans
through the Oce of Community Planning and De-
velopment. We can help you update your electrical,
plumbing, cement, windows, siding, roof, kitchen,
bath, among many other things. The CDBG Residen-
al Rehabilitaon Loan program has been an im-
portant part of our community for over 40 years.
The purpose of this program is to help low to low-
moderate income families bring their homes into
