MLB.COM LOG IN
To access the enhanced features and functionality of your My Rangers Tickets account including the ability to
exchange tickets, begin by logging into your My Rangers Tickets Account using the MLB.com account
information associated with your ticket account. New purchasers should also log into My Rangers Tickets
using their MLB.com account information. If your login fails, you need to link your accounts. See the account
linking section for detailed instructions.
MLB.com Log In General Information
Must have an MLB.com login to purchase tickets through Rangers or other MLB affiliated sites
Needed for buyers using the MLB.com Ballpark Application on their smart phone
Used to Log into your My Rangers Ticket Account
Obtaining an MLB.com account
If you have purchased tickets through texasrangers.com, or other MLB affiliated websites, you are
prompted to create an MLB.com account during an online purchase
If you DO NOT have an MLB.com account but have purchased tickets with the Rangers, you can create
one by doing one of the following options:
o Option 1 Created through your My Rangers Ticket Account
Visit www.texasrangers.com/mytickets
Log In using your Texas Rangers Account number and password
Choose the “My Account” option in the top right corner of your screen
Select the “Link MLB Accounts” tab
Then click “Create New MLB.com Account” and follow the prompts
o Option 2 Created through the texasrangers.com website
o Visit www.texasrangers.com
o Click on the icon of a person in the top right corner, which will take you to the
MLB.com login screen (see screenshot below)

o Fill out the form under the “Register” prompt
o After you create an account, you can link your Rangers Ticket Account number to
this address through My Rangers Tickets
Finding an existing MLB.com account
If you have previously logged into My Rangers Tickets using your Rangers account number and
password, you can find your MLB.com account information by following these steps:
o Visit www.texasrangers.com/mytickets
o Log In using your Texas Rangers Account number and password
o Choose the “My Account” option in the top right corner of your screen
o Select the “Link MLB Accounts” tab
o You will then see your MLB.com email listed in the red bar
If you think you may have registered an address but are unsure, you can find out by doing the
following:
o Visit www.texasrangers.com
o Click on the icon of a person in the top right corner, which will take you to the MLB.com login
screen (see screenshot below)
o Fill out the form under the “Register” prompt
o If you have already registered this address you will see the below prompt.

Click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts
When resetting password, an email will be sent to the address on file with MLB.com, if different from Rangers
account email
LINKING ACCOUNTS USING YOUR MLB.COM ACCOUNT
LINKING YOUR TEXAS RANGERS ACCOUNT NUMBERS TO YOUR MLB.COM ACCOUNT
Please note: at this time you can only link accounts using the desktop version of My Rangers Tickets
If you have not linked your My Rangers Tickets account to your MLB.com account email address, you can do so
by following these steps:
o Log into My Rangers Tickets using your MLB.com address and password
o Go to My Tickets > My Account > Link MLB Account
o Choose the “My Account” option in the top right corner of your screen
o Select the “Link MLB Accounts” tab
o If you have an existing MLB.com account that has not been linked to your Rangers Account Number:
i. Enter your registered MLB.com email account and MLB.com password
ii. Enter a nickname for your “My Tickets” account
iii. Select the Link MLB.com Account button to link the two accounts
o If you need to link an additional Rangers Account to your existing MLB.com email address:
i. Click on “Link My Tickets Accounts”

ii. Enter the Account number, password associated with the Rangers account number, and a
nickname to help identify this account. Then click “Link Account”
My Rangers Tickets
Exchanging Season Tickets Online
General Information
Tickets found in a Full Season, Half Season, or 20 game package are eligible for online exchange. This does not
include suites, 10 game plans, or holiday six packs.
Tickets that you purchase on an individual basis, monthly e-vouchers, unused tickets (dead tickets), and any
other ticket not associated directly with a Full Season, Half Season, or 20 game package are not eligible for
exchange.
Tickets may only be exchanged once.
Tickets are eligible for exchange into all locations excluding the following: VIP Home Plate, Premium Home Plate,
Commissioner’s Box, Premium Dugout, VIP Infield, and Suites.
You have the option to upgrade your tickets into a more expensive seating area during this process. You will be
responsible for paying the difference in ticket price.
Exchanging Tickets Online
1. Log into your My Rangers Tickets account using your MLB.com email address and password
a) If you have multiple accounts please select the account your season ticket package is located
2. Select the “My Ticket Inventory” option in the top right corner of your screen

3. Select “Exchange Ticket” from the Ticket Action dropdown located in the upper left portion of your screen
4. Navigate through your tickets by using the month, opponent, and day/time filters
5. Select the event you would like to exchange by expanding the game by selecting the arrow located on the left
side of the opponent name
6. Select the tickets you would like to exchange by either using the “Select All” feature or individually selecting
tickets

7. PLEASE NOTE: You can only exchange tickets from one event at a time. If you choose tickets from two
different events you will see the following error message.
8. A summary of the select tickets can be found on the right side of your screen. When you have verified the
correct tickets are selected, click the green “Continue” button
9. Select the event you would like to exchange your tickets into. Please reference the season ticket holder
exchange policy if you have questions related to eligible exchange dates.

10. You will be directly placed in the Interactive Seat Map. Your ticket value price range will be preselected for you.
11. Sections that have available seats based on your selected price ranges will be highlighted.

12. Additional details related to seat availability will be provided by hovering over a specific section.
13. Select the section, and choose “Select Seats from this Area” to choose your seats. Note: You will not be allowed
to leave a single seat in a row.
14. Select your seats. A check mark will appear in seats that you have selected. After you select your seats, click the
green “Review Your Selections” button
15. A confirmation screen will prompt you to verify your selection. If you are satisfied with the seats you have
chosen, choose the green “Proceed to Checkout” button

16. You will then be placed into the normal Texas Rangers Purchase flow. If you have chosen to upgrade your
tickets, you will be shown the amount due at this time.
17. The only method of delivery for online exchanges is Digital Delivery accessible through your Ballpark
