To Receive Initial $200 Bonus (Direct Deposit Bonus):
Open a new Free Checking account, which is subject to approval, and within 90 calendar days of account opening (90-day period), complete the following:
1. Register for online banking and enroll your Free Checking account in e-statements, 2. Receive a total of at least $3,000 in qualifying direct deposits
into your Free Checking account. Direct deposits must be an automatic electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security, or other regular income
into your bank account. Other types of electronic deposits such as person to person payments, as well as transfers from one account to another, mobile
deposits, or deposits made at a branch, or ATM do not qualify as a direct deposit. A direct deposit is considered received on the date it posts to your
account.

To Receive Additional $200 Bonus (Transaction Bonus): Must qualify for initial $200 bonus offer described above (Direct Deposit Bonus), and
must have at least 5 qualifying debit card transactions post to your Free Checking account within 60 calendar days of account opening. Qualifying debit

Payment: At the end of the 90-day period, we will determine if you have met the bonus offer requirements and deposit any bonus earned, up to $400, into
