frustration.

2. Log in using your entire email address as your login name and the password you choose when your account was
set up in 2010 (if you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password? link to have the system send you an
email with instructions to reset your password)
3. Click the Training box:
4. Click the Mastery in Minutes box:
5. Scroll through the list to find the videos of interest and help to you
6. Click the Launch button to view the video
