CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHECKLIST
WHEN SUBMITTING COINS:
• Be sure to print your name and your CCG Hong Kong collector or dealer membership
account number (e.g., CS123456) in the space provided on the submission form.
• Provide your contact information (phone number, postal address and email address).
• Select type of submission. Choose only one: US or World or Ancient.
• Submit US, world and ancient coins on separate submission forms.
• Toensureecienthandling,themaximum number of coins per submission form is
50 for non-bulk grading tiers and 200 for bulk grading tiers. For the Mixed Modern Bulk
and Mixed Vintage Bulk tiers, please do not list more than three countries per submission
form. Use additional submission forms as necessary.
• Do not mix raw and holdered coins on one submission form.
• Oversized coins (larger than 45 mm in diameter or 9 mm in thickness), and holdered coins
must be on separate submission forms. Do not mix these on a submission form with
other coins.
• NCS conservation is optional. If NCS conservation is desired, choose only ONE
NCS conservation tier. If Standard Conservation is selected, also choose ONE NGC
grading tier.
• Select only ONE grading tier.
• Verify that your coins meet the value and type requirements for the selected tier. Any
discrepancies may result in the delay of your submission. If coins are submitted for tiers
or services for which they do not qualify, CCG Hong Kong will correct the order and charge
any additional conservation, grading or services fees that may apply.
• Use the CrossOver service for PCGS-holdered coins only. Coins graded by other grading
services must be removed from their holders and submitted raw.
• Minimum grade is not required. In most cases, it applies to CrossOver submissions only.
Specifying a minimum grade may prevent your coins from being encapsulated.
• If you have an CCG Hong Kong Collector member credit, you must still provide a
method of payment to be used for any amount due above the member credit.

Do not cut, tape, staple or glue ips as they can damage the coins.
• You may send coins in capsules or mint packaging. If selected, mint packaging will be
returned for $5 plus shipping. See last page for exclusions.
• Coinsmaybesubmittedinplasticcapsulesprovidedtheyarethenplacedinsideaip.
• Package your coins in the order that they are listed on the submission form. Write the
submission / invoice number (located in red in the upper right hand corner of the form)
andthelinenumberforeachcoin(e.g.,5591421-001fortherstcoin,5591421-002for
thesecondcoin,etc.)onasmalllabelandinsertitintotheipoppositethecoinwiththe
label facing out. Collect your coins in the same order.

• You must schedule an appointment to drop o or pick up submissions.

• If you choose to submit to an NGC on-site grading event, additional fees will apply. Please
check NGCcoin.hk/events for more information.
• If you choose to have your coins graded by NGC in the US, fees include roundtrip shipping
and insurance between CCG Hong Kong and NGC headquarters in the US.
• There are three options to take delivery of your submission once it is completed:
1.YoucanscheduleanappointmenttopickupyourcoinsatCCGHongKong’soce.
2. You can request that CCG Hong Kong ship your coins back to you.
3. You can organize your own return shipping. In this case, you will need to provide CCG
Hong Kong with all of the necessary information, including the return shipping label
and pick up date. Please contact CCG Hong Kong in advance to coordinate the
pick up date. If you organize your own return shipping it will NOT be insured by
CCG Hong Kong and the risk of loss or damage during shipment will be assumed
by you.

• Fragile Coins Note
Certain collectibles may be more susceptible to damage due to the state in which they are provided by the submitter to CCG Hong Kong (for example, collectibles that are enameled,
colorized, painted, jeweled, or have holograms or other specialty applications; collectibles that are extremely thin; collectibles that are extremely fragile or brittle (including many
collectibles struck prior to 1700); and collectibles that exhibit “bronze disease”). CCG Hong Kong will use reasonable care with respect to collectibles submitted to it for services. However,
CCG Hong Kong will only be responsible for damage or loss to a collectible in the event CCG Hong Kong determines that such damage or loss was due to CCG Hong Kong’s negligence
while the collectible was in its possession, in which case the submitter’s sole remedy will be compensation based upon CCG Hong Kong’s good faith determination of the fair market value
of the collectible, in light of what CCG Hong Kong believes to be reliable current market information. The amount of the compensation will not necessarily be based upon, but in no event
will exceed, the submitter’s stated declared value of the collectible set forth in this submission form.

CCG Hong Kong Return Shipping and Insurance
Refer to this section if you choose to have collectibles shipped back to you by CCG Hong Kong.
CCG Hong Kong will generally ship via FedEx with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by CCG Hong Kong. If requested
by the submitter, CCG Hong Kong may also use EMS with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by CCG Hong Kong. If
no selection is made by the submitter, the package(s) will be returned via FedEx. CCG Hong Kong is not responsible for the speed of shipping
services. All fees and values are in US Dollars.
If submitting more than 100 coins, add $0.50 for each additional coin. Hong Kong declaration fees are included. Additional charges may apply for extended or remote service areas,
address corrections, Oversize Holders, added items, heavier packages, etc. Contact CCG Hong Kong before submitting if you would like to ship collectibles valued over $100,000
per package.
Shipments organized by the submitter or on the submitter’s own shipping account are NOT insured and the risk of loss or damage during shipment will be assumed by

I hereby give NGC permission to grade and encapsulate my Coin and acknowledge that NGC will only be responsible for damage to or loss of the Coin in the
event that NGC determines that such damage or loss was due to NGC’s negligence while the Coin was in its possession, in which case my sole remedy will be
compensation based upon NGC’s good faith determination of the fair market value of the Coin, in light of what NGC believes to be reliable current market
information. The amount of compensation will not necessarily be based upon, but in no event will exceed, the stated declared value I included for the Coin on

GRADING TIERS & SERVICE OPTIONS
For current estimated turnaround times, visit NGCcoin.hk/services. Turnaround times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed.
Occasionally there may be a delay on world coins as extra research is required on more esoteric items.
For each coin minted prior to 1600, a complete description including denomination, year (or date range), geographic location and ruler name should be provided. A Spink number should be provided
for coins of England. If complete information is not provided, an attribution fee of $5 per collectible will be applied to the entire submission form.
A $5 fee per collectible will apply if a complete description (including the appropriate catalog number for most tokens and medals) is not provided.
NCS CONSERVATION SERVICES REQUIREMENTS (Maximum values are per coin and in USD)
NCS Standard Conservation All coins. 4% Fair Market Value (FMV) ($25 minimum fee). Also select an applicable NGC grading tier. NGC grading fees additional. If NCS believes that conservation will

varieties we recognize. The VarietyPlus fee applies when requested regardless of whether NGC determines the coin to be a recognized variety.
Mint Error NGC examines mint errors and assigns an appropriate description. Also choose a grading tier according to coin value and desired turnaround. The Mint Error fee applies when

NGC Oversize Holder
Coins over 45 mm in diameter or 9 mm in thickness are placed in an NGC Oversize Holder. Must be submitted on a separate submission form.
NGC Thick Holder

ReGrade If you disagree with a grade assigned by NGC, you may submit the coin for review for a higher grade. The coin must be intact in its NGC holder. Choose a grading tier according
to the coin’s value and the tier requirements. Coins are graded according to NGC’s grading standards, and a higher grade is not guaranteed. Fees are not refunded if a higher
gradeisnotreceived.AcoinsubmittedforReGradewillberemovedfromitsNGCholderbyNGCstaandencapsulatedwithanewNGCholder,labelandcerticationnumber,
even if the gr
ade does not change. A coin submitted under ReGrade is guaranteed to not receive a lower grade.
CrossOver Review of PCGS-holdered coins for NGC certification. Coins will be removed from their holders and encapsulated by NGC only if NGC determines that the coins will receive
an NGC grade that is the same grade or higher than the grade assigned by PCGS. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified by NGC even if NGC determines that it
will receive a lower numeric grade, specify ANY in the CrossOver Minimum Grade column of the NGC Submission Form. If you would like your PCGS-holdered coin certified
by
NGCevenifNGCdeterminesthatitwillreceiveanNGCDetailsgrade(oralowernumericgrade),specifyDETAILSintheCrossOverMinimumGradecolumnoftheNGC
Submission Form. You may not request a minimum grade that is higher than the grade that is on the PCGS holder. Coins holdered by other grading services are not eligible

NGC PhotoVision Plus
High-resolution JPG images of the obverse and reverse and a side-by-side JPG with the NGC logo and NGC submission number. Sent to you by email. Not available for
on-site services.
