Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket Package

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

1. The Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket package (“Package”) must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

2. Rates are for single or double occupancy in a room.

3. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. For any amendment or cancellation less than 24

hours of arrival and/or no-show, a charge equivalent to the total package price plus service charge and

government tax will be imposed as late cancellation charge from credit card on file.

4. In the event that the credit card provided is not valid, the hotel properties reserve the rights to cancel the

booking without prior notice.

5. All rates are in MOP/HKD and subject to 5% government tax and 10% service charge.

6. Any extension of stay, after initial booking is confirmed, is subject to availability and to the hotel properties’

flexible rate.

7. All Package inclusions are on a per stay basis, and all must be redeemed before check out.

8. Unused Package inclusions cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash in full or in part.

9. Cost for additional guests (13 years old or above) are subject to an extra charge of MOP/HKD350

per person

per night inclusive of round-trip ferry tickets.

10. Cost for additional child (12 years old or below), staying with 2 paying adults is MOP/HKD200

per person per

night inclusive of round-trip ferry tickets.

11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

12. At least one (1) occupant of the room must be 18 years old or above.

13. The terms and conditions of this Package and their validity, construction and performance will be governed in

all respects by the laws of Macau.

14. By purchasing this Package, you authorize Venetian Macao Limited (“VML”), Venetian Cotai Limited (“VCL”) and

Venetian Orient Limited (“VOL”) to collect all personal data you provide us during your purchase of this Package

(including your name, address, email address, telephone number and any data related with your purchasing of

this Package) (hereinafter the “Data”), for the purposes of the Package and for direct marketing purposes (in

respect of our news, promotions and other services), to improve database segmentation and customization of

marketing offers, for market research around consumer preferences and to conduct statistical and satisfaction

surveys. In addition, you also expressly authorize VML, VCL and VOL to share and disclose, in confidentiality,

your Data with Venetian Macau Limited (“VML”), Las Vegas Sands Corporation (“LVSC”) in the United States of

America, Sands China Limited (“SCL”) in Hong Kong and Marina Bay Sands (“MBS”) in Singapore, any of its

Affiliates (collectively “Sands”) and with any third party service providers of any Sands’ properties that has

entered into a written agreement with Sands that is substantially similar to our privacy policy, for the above said

purposes and so that you may be provided with more consistent and personalized experiences across Sands’

properties. You acknowledge that the transfers authorized may constitute an international transfer of personal

data and that the different jurisdictions where VML, VCL, VOL, LVSC, SCL and MBS, affiliates and third party

service providers are incorporated may have different data privacy laws and protections. You have the right to

view your personal data, request additional information about its storage and processing require any necessary

amendments, withdraw the consent herein or simply opt-out from receiving direct marketing materials from us,

by either writing to us at Estrada da Baía de Nossa Senhora da Esperança, The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel,

Executive Offices – L2, Taipa, Macau or by emailing us at privacy@sands.com.mo. Your personal data will be

kept during your purchase of this Package and for marketing purposes for the period of time that the sub-

concession agreement that VML is a party to for the operation of games of fortune and chance in Macau is in

force.

15. All purchasers are deemed to have agreed to the following Privacy Policy.

16. Purchasers agrees to release, discharge and hold VML, VCL, VOL and its affiliates harmless from any and all

claims including, without limitation, claims for slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity,

personality, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress,

submission of a participant application, participation in the selection processes, purchase of the Package, the

use of the personal information, and/or the use of the participant’s names, and/or likeness in connection with

the Package, or the Package thereof in all media now known or hereafter devised.

17. The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao, Cotai Central, Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central, Sands

Macao, VML, VCL and VOL reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

18. The English version shall prevail when there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these

terms and conditions.

19. In case of dispute, the decision of The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao, Cotai Central,

Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central, Sands Macao, VML, VCL and VOL shall be final.

Cotai Water Jet

1. General rules for Cotai Water Jet ticket redemption:

a) Ferry tickets from Hong Kong to Macao: Guest is required to approach Cotai Water Jet ticketing counters

of Hong Kong Macao Ferry Terminal (located at Sheung Wan) or China Ferry Terminal (Tsim Sha Tsui)

together with personal ID / Passport (original copy) for ticket redemption process. Ticket redemption is

available only on hotel check-in date of the purchased Package.

b) Ferry tickets from Macao to Hong Kong: Complimentary Cotai Water Jet ferry ticket(s) redemption (Macao

to Hong Kong Route) is available at hotel concierges or CotaiTravel or any designated counters on arrival

date till departure within the property. Redemption must be made before check-out, and departure date

of the ferry tickets must be within 7 days of check-out date.

c) Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet ticket(s) is limited to Cotai Class, between Macao to Hong

Kong route only.

d) No prior reservation is allowed for any complimentary ferry ticket(s), and ticket is subject to schedule and

space availability at the time of redemption.

e) No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket(s) is issued.

f) The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao, Cotai Central, Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central,

Sands Macao, VML, VCL and VOL is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

g) For any advance paid or complimentary Cotai Water Jet ferry ticket(s) or tickets issued by other ferry

operators, the hotel will not be responsible for any form of full or partial reimbursement or refund.

Cotai Water Jet – From Hong Kong to Macao

1. Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet return ticket(s) is limited to Cotai Class, city route from Hong

Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) and China Ferry Terminal (Tsim Sha Tsui) to Macao.

2. Ticket must be redeemed on or before 11:00pm on hotel check-in date.

3. Daily sailing schedule from Hong Kong to Macao is conducted at 7:00am and last sailing schedule is 11:30pm.

Sailing schedule is subject to changes and availabilities.

4. After guest’s arrival and checking in, unused ferry tickets (HK-MO) is entitled with no compensation and non-

refundable.

Cotai Water Jet – From Macao to Hong Kong International Airport

1. Redemption of complimentary Cotai Water Jet tickets from Macao to Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA),

the passengers are required to follow and note the following items:

a) Tickets must be redeemed at least 6 hours prior to flight time.

b) Passenger must possess valid travel documents which are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

c) Passenger must possess a valid travel visa for the destination with a confirmed flight ticket.

d) Passenger must arrive at the Taipa Ferry Terminal at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled sailing time to

e) Passenger must arrive the HKIA SkyPier for check-in 120 minutes before the flight’s scheduled departure

time.
