6. Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket:
a. Patrons can redeem any on day sailing on Sands Resorts Macau mobile app and at redemption counters at Macau and Hong
Kong, except on Cotai Water Jet kiosks which will only offer the next sailing tickets.
b. The route of the round-trip Cotai Water Jet ferry ticket includes:

c. Proof of original ID (passport, Chinese Entry Permit to Hong Kong/Macao, or Hong Kong/Macao Residents Card) as well as valid
membership card will be required for verification purpose during the redemption of offer. Membership number will be printed
on tickets issued.
d. Diamond Member can only redeem the Cotai First Ferry ticket; Ruby and Gold member can only redeem Cotai Class Ferry ticket.
e. Members must be the sole user or one of the users when using the redeemed ticket(s). Membership card is required for
identification when boarding Cotai Water Jet in Macau and Hong Kong.
f. Members shall be required to input their Personal Identification Number (PIN) when redeeming the ferry tickets. Should the
PIN be input incorrectly 3 times, member’s account shall be locked, and member shall approach any Sands Rewards counters
at the Venetian Macau Limited properties to reset PIN and activate his/her account.
g. Redemption of Cotai Water Jet ticket(s) is subject to availability and is redeemable on a first come first served basis.
h. The ferry redemption is not valid on public holidays and other specific dates. Other specific dates will be announced at all
purchases & redemption tickets counters.
i. Members are strictly prohibited from selling or assigning tickets to third parties.
j. In case a ferry ticket is sold or transferred in violation of these terms and conditions, Venetian Macau Limited has the right to
cancel the membership or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

responsibility for any consequences of any person’s failing so to do including but not limited to such

request for refund cancellation or change of sail be entertained under the circumstance.

a. The HZM Bridge One Bus redemption slip is issued at Sands Rewards counters at Sands Casino, The Plaza Casino, Venetian
Casino, Himalaya Gaming and Pacifica Gaming at Sands® Cotai Central and Parisian Gaming.
b. Macau to Hong Kong bus ticket redemption slip
i. The redemption slip is valid for 2 days after the day of redemption for redeeming actual bus ticket.
ii. The redemption slip is valid for redeeming Macau -> Hong Kong One Bus ticket (s). The offer is applicable to the next
available bus schedule only.
iii. Members can redeem bus ticket(s) (MO->HK) with valid redemption slip/voucher at following locations:

i. The redemption voucher is valid for 14 days after the day of redemption for redeeming actual bus ticket.
ii. The redemption voucher is valid for redeeming one Hong Kong -> Macau One Bus ticket. The offer is applicable to the
next available bus schedule only.
iii. Members can redeem HZM bridge One bus ticket(s) (HK->MO) with valid redemption voucher at following locations:

8. Any exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Management of the Market Development.
9. Members are required to provide proof of original ID (such as passport, Chinese Entry Permit to Hong Kong/Macao, or Hong
Kong/Macao Residents Card) as well as valid membership card in person for verification purpose during the redemption of offer.
10. Any exceptions involved PEPs (Politically Exposed Person) are subject to review and approval by the SVP of Loyalty Marketing &
Strategic Analysis and SCL Chief Compliance Officer or its delegate.
11. Any lost or damaged redemption items cannot be re-issued or refunded.
12. Redemption items are only available while stocks last and are on a first come first served basis.
13. Redemption items may be subject to change without prior notice.
14. Redemption items cannot be redeemed for cash, changed or exchanged for other items.
15. Redemption items cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
16. If a member opts to redeem multiple redemption items or offers, the member must have earned sufficient points to cover the point
requirements for all redemption items or offers redeemed.

17. Participants are to accept and use the awarded products at their own risks. Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates expressly
disclaim warranty of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, merchantability, quality, non-
infringement, condition, title or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Venetian Macau Limited nor any of its agent, subsidiary,
affiliate, employee or representative shall have any liability for any loss, injury, expense, claim, malfunction, or damages of any kind
in connection with or arising out of any use of the prizes awarded.
18. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of the Venetian Macau Limited, its advertising agencies and
promotional companies involved in this program, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate
in the Promotional and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
19. Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to amend any Terms & Conditions stated herein and may withdraw or
discontinue the Promotional at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of
Venetian Macau Limited Management.
20. System default or variance may occur which may affect the point accumulation. Venetian Macau Limited Management is not liable
for any of the discrepancies or variances which may affect the point accumulation results due to computer malfunction or
operational variances etc. Additionally, Venetian Macau Limited Management is not responsible for any other errors arising out of
the membership cards not being inserted properly.
21. Failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification.
22. The Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese
versions.
23. Players participating in the program agree to abide by all program Terms & Conditions as published and amended and shall accept
as final and binding the decisions of Venetian Macau Limited. Any patron who are barred under the Government Barring List &
VML Barring List and person under the age of Twenty one (21) years and employees or immediate family members of Venetian
Macau Limited or its respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the program. Immediate family members shall include,
but not limited to, a team member’s parents, siblings, spouse, children and any other family members living in the same
household. If any ineligible person participates in the program in violation of the Terms & Conditions, the game and/or related
Promotional shall be considered as null and void to the ineligible person and no gift will be awarded to this person even if selected
as a winner. In consideration for participation in the program, participants accept all Terms & Conditions set forth herein and
irrevocably authorize Venetian Macau Limited and its affiliates to print, publish, televise or otherwise distribute their name, voice
or the likeness in its or its affiliates’ properties and for other commercial and marketing use within and outside the property. Gaming
is a form of entertainment for adults only. Persons under the age of Twenty one (21) are not eligible to participant in any gaming
promotions and are prohibited by Macau law from entering into any casino in Macau.
