Once you have finalized your flight booking and obtained your visa (if needed), please access the web link in your
confirmation letter, fill in the form with your travel details and submit it as soon as possible. If you can no longer

ARRIVAL at TURIN train station (Porta Nuova or Porta Susa):
A taxi from Turin Porta Nuova/Porta Susa train station to the ITCILO campus (“Campus ONU”, Viale Maestri del
Lavoro 10, Turin) costs around 25 euros (one way).
If you prefer, you can also use the metro from Porta Nuova/Porta Susa to the Italia ’61 metro stop. From the Italia
’61 metro station, it is a 15-minute walk to the ITCILO campus (https://tinyurl.com/edvynkzr).
ARRIVAL at TURIN (CASELLE) airport:
You can consult the Turin airport (TRN) website (https://www.aeroportoditorino.it/it) and follow the instructions “by
train”, “by bus” or “by car”.

ARRIVAL at MILAN (MALPENSA) airport:
Kindly note that public buses operate between Milan Malpensa airport (MXP) and Turin downtown. Duration of
transfer is approximately 2 hours. Take the bus (“ARRIVA” bus lines https://torino.arriva.it/en/airport-line-torino-
malpensa-airport/) to Turin. Please note that seat reservation is compulsory and must be made in advance, either
through their website, if you hold a credit card (https://estore.arriva.it/en), or at the “Malpensa Bus Express” ticket
office on arrival at Malpensa. This bus takes you to the Corso Bolzano bus station in Turin (Porta Susa train
station). From there, take a taxi to the ITCILO campus: ask the taxi driver to take you to the “Campus ONU” (Viale
Maestri del Lavoro 10, Turin). Please be aware that a taxi from Turin Porta Nuova/Porta Susa train station to the
ITCILO campus costs around 25 euros (one way).

Kindly note that FlixBus (https://global.flixbus.com/) operates between Bergamo airport (BGY) and Turin downtown.
Duration of transfer is approximately 3 hours. Remember to buy your bus ticket in advance. The FlixBus from
Bergamo stops at Turin Porta Susa train station. From there, take a taxi to the ITCILO campus: ask the taxi driver to
take you to the “Campus ONU” (Viale Maestri del Lavoro 10, Turin). Please be aware that a taxi from Turin Porta
Nuova/Porta Susa train station to the ITCILO campus costs around 25 euros (one way).
