WHEREAS the City of Bradford is desirous of obtaining funding from McKean County in the amount not to
exceed $10,000.00, per grant application, for the demolition of blighted properties; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Bradford will match twenty-five percent (25%) of the total
demolition cost.
