1. Additional fees will be charged for utility relocation and pavement/sidewalk repairs within the water vault area.
Meter sizes not listed will be billed at cost of meter installation and system capacity fee.
2. Water System Connection Fees (Water Service Application) must be purchased through the Department of
Public Works prior to the time the Building Permit is issued by the City or prior to the connection to the North
Fulton County Water Service District. Applicants for properties located within the City of Roswell and City of
Mountain Park Service Districts must apply for water meter applications from those cities. Applicants for
properties south of the Chattahoochee River must apply for water meter applications from the City of Atlanta
Department of Watershed Management.
3. Water meter replacement includes replacement of stolen and/or repair of damaged meters.
4. Irrigation meters starts at ¾” up to 1-1/2”. Meter Installation and Water System Capacity Fee will be charged.
No drop INS for irrigation unless authorized by Superintendent. Meter will be connected by Fulton County.
Customer is responsible for ensuring a “RPZ Backflow Device is installed”. Your plumber will need to connect
your sprinkler system, etc.
5. Drop-In Fee: Applies when the meter box is already installed at service address.
6. Domestic Fire Meter: No capacity fee charged, only meter cost.

*Sewer System Connection Fees (Sewer Service Application) must be purchased through the Department of Public

Sewer Service District. “For Water and Sewer Service Connections and Meter Installations, interested parties
shall submit an application with the required project’s information. Records and Documents Coordinator
will process applications within 10 business days. Amount of fees will be based on water meter size, and sewer
