GOAL
We know that COVID-19 has had a tremendous
impact on our economy. We want to help the
residents of Fresno County get back on the path
to employment by connecting them to in-
demand job opportunities.
The Fresno Regional Workforce Development
Board and the City of Fresno are partnering
together to host a Virtual Job Fair Series on May
27th through May 29th from 3-5 p.m. via
Zoom.

Full-time positions
Day and night shifts
MUST be bilingual: English / Spanish
40-hour / week with overtime options available when the production
schedule allows.
The positions for which we are hiring include , but are not limited to,
cleaning of food-contact and non-food contact surfaces throughout facility,
including internal parts and surfaces of machinery, line equipment,
packaging machines, and other equipment in coordination with the needs of
the production department to ensure minimal equipment downtime.

Pay: $13 per hour

Drug screening required as part of the hiring process.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent (GED) PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE: None required, but experience in sanitation or food
manufacturing a plus.

Possess strong attention to detail in order to remove all soils
Able to work well with others in a team environment
Able to follow directions

Job Description duties include but are not limited to:
Server $13.00/Hour Plus Tips
Greets guests, takes and serves food and beverages, prepares an itemized
check, and processes payments on a POS system. Sets up, clears and cleans
tables. Competent in computerized register systems and cash handling skills.
Performs shift opening and closing duties.
Hostess/Cashier $13.00/Hour Plus Tips
Greets guest, answers phones, process food and beverage orders for
takeout, curbside pickup and delivery, prepares an itemized check, processes
and reconcile payments on a POS system. Competent in computerized
register systems, cash handling skills and phone etiquette. Performs shift
opening and closing duties.

Busser $13.00/Hour Plus Tips
Greets guests, sets up chips, salsa, beverages, assists front of house staff by
monitoring, clearing and cleaning tables throughout service. Performs
restocking, janitorial, shift opening and closing duties.
Line Cook - $13.00/Hour plus (Depending on Experience)
Prepare menu items for Dine-in and ToGo service in a fast pace, teamwork
environment following all food safety and sanitation procedures for food
handling and kitchen equipment. Performs opening and closing shift duties.
Must be able to read. Bilingual a plus.
Dishwasher $13.00/Hour plus (Depending on Experience)
Keeps the kitchen staff supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Restocks the kitchen line. Performs janitorial duties and maintains the
cleanliness of the kitchen. Performs opening and closing shift duties.
